How to Crochet Mini Pride Ghosts (Mod Guide)

The first pride plushie I ever made was for myself as a way to help me feel more valid and okay with who I am. Even though I didn’t have a lot of support in my personal life back then, the support that I got from Tik Tok was overwhelming and meant the world to me. As a result, a lot of my earlier creations for “The Mary Jay” were made in the colors of the lgbtq+ pride flags as a way to love and accept myself while also giving back to the community who supported me so much.

Last year, I released a pride turtle mod guide on how I make my pride turtles in hopes that others can also make pride plushies to help celebrate themselves and others. And I wanted to do the same this Pride Month! So after conducting polls on both my Instagram and YouTube, the plushie that ya’ll chose was the mini ghost!

Here’s how to make a mini pride ghost based on the lgbtq+ pride flags!

This is a modification guide for my crochet ghost pattern! You can find the free written pattern here or follow my video tutorial down below. Modify this ghost pattern based on the following instructions to make your own pride ghosts!

To make a pride ghost, follow the same crochet steps as the original ghost pattern except for changing colors at certain rounds of the body and using different color for the arms.

The following guide will tell you where to change colors for a 7-stripe, 6-stripe, 5-stripe, 4-stripe, and 3-stripe ghost. It’ll also recommend the color to use for the arms.

Please do not sell, copy, or duplicate (to distribute) this crochet pattern/mod itself in any form without permission. However, you may gift, donate, or sell any plushies that you make with any of my patterns. I would greatly appreciate if you could give "The Mary Jay" pattern credit and link back to this pattern when possible.
